I am a seller with a Japan-based account, and I would like to list clothing items (e.g., dresses) using the Global Shipping Program (GSP).

However, when I go to the listing page, the option to select GSP does not appear. I have confirmed that my account information, payment method, and address are all up-to-date.

Could you please check my account eligibility for GSP and advise me on how I can enable this feature to list items internationally?
