What should I do if the supplier doesn't ship my goods out for a long time?

If the order has been enrolled in the 48-hour shipping service, under normal circumstances, the supplier needs to ship your order within 48 hours from 00:00 on the next day after successful payment. 

However, if your order has not been shipped for a long time, we recommend that you contact the supplier. This is because there may be a situation where you need to wait for the production cycle of the goods because they are out of stock and are being restocked. Please contact the supplier for details of the reason and delivery time. 

Because the goods are not in the platform, we can not force the supplier to send the goods, in order to your payment security and subsequent processing. You can first refund, you can click on the [Refund] button, enter the goods need to be refunded after checking the steps to operate the refund.
